Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by E-mail to confirm your order. Items will be usually shipped by EMS (Global Express Mail Service), and sent by courier to your door. You will receive an email with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress or your purchase. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your Handbag. Keep in mind it may take up to 5 days before the online tracking has updated your package. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address. We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package. Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or seized we will reship once at our expense.
